  1. Place a large cast iron skillet in an oven preheated at 425 for five minutes.
  2. Combine eggs, milk, flour, granulated sugar, vanilla, and salt in a blender.
  3. Blend until frothy, about 60 seconds.
  4. Melt butter in heated cast iron skillet.
  5. Pour batter into hot skillet.
  6. Bake until puffy and golden, about 20 minutes.
  7. Top with a squeeze of lemon juice, berries and powdered sugar.
